North Carolina Updates Health Care Documents

Late last year, North Carolina adopted new statutory health care documents. We strongly recommend updating your health care documents to reflect the most recent statutory versions and obtaining the new HIPPA form. If you choose to keep your existing documents, they will still work, but in our opinion not as effectively as the new documents. We believe the new documents are more specific and will make it easier for your loved ones and physicians to make the right health care decisions for you.
