Jennie's Amazing Mexican Melt

Anytime we have to bring a dish to a party friends ask us to make this.
Ingredients
2 large bars of cream cheese
2 cans of black beans drained and rinsed
2 cans of original Rotel Tomatoes w/ peppers, drained
1 bag of Mexican shredded cheese
1 large bag of Tortilla Chips
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 325. Spread cream cheese in even layer on bottom of pan or glass dish; pour black beans over cream cheese and spread evenly; pour two cans of original Rotel evenly over black beans. Bake for 35 minutes. Pour entire bag of mexican shredded cheese over the top of the baked mixture and put back in the oven for 2 minutes or until melted. Remove from oven and serve with your favorite brand of tortilla chips.

Nutritional Information
Use light cream cheese and light shredded cheese for a low fat version of this dish. I can't tell the difference in taste.
