Cheryl K. David
About
Cheryl David is the founder of the Law Offices of Cheryl David and has over 30 years of legal experience helping and teaching families how to protect what matters most. She focuses her practice on Estate Planning, Elder Law, and Probate, guiding clients through both proactive planning and solutions when unexpected issues arise.
By helping clients organize their plans and providing practical strategies before and after problems occur, Cheryl helps families avoid unnecessary confusion, prolonged court involvement, and the substantial expenses that often accompany illness or loss. With the right planning and timely guidance, families can move forward with clarity and peace of mind.
She is a former Estate Planning Law Specialist and previously held advanced credentials through national estate planning organizations.
Cheryl’s passion for the law began early in life. She often jokes that law is “a family problem,” as legal practice runs deep in her family. Her grandfather, Bill, was a lawyer; her father, Jerry, was a lawyer; her uncle, Ronald, is a lawyer; three of her cousins, Neil, Alan, and Lee, are lawyers; and two of her three children practice law as well. Her daughter Blaire practices with Cheryl, and her son Jake is a music attorney in California. Jennie, Cheryl’s youngest daughter, is an information engineer—though Cheryl says all attorneys are really information engineers in disguise.
Cheryl is married to her sweetheart Mark, who also works with her and Blaire at the firm.
Protecting your family is what our family does, and we look forward to visiting with you.
